It took 28 days from the date Burdick VW determined that the turbo in my Alltrack needed replacement (although I had driven it fewer than 18,000 miles) to the date the work was completed under warranty. For the last week of that period, I had to drive a dealer loaner vehicle that I disliked, adding to the stress of the process. The repair seems to have been done correctly, but took far too long.

I limped my 2024 peak into the dealer ad it was in limp mode ....no appt no nothing and he was very gracious with me being so rattled. after listening and asking a few questions said hold on we are going to throw it on the machine (after me explaining I'm on vacation and left company at my camp) turns out it was a software upgrade which was done and I was on my way
