It was the most simple appointment I've had with a car dealership in forever. Im so used to being bothered with all this extra stuff that dealerships typically want to tack on and take advantage of me but that wasn't the case here. Burdick Volkswagen did the oil change and tire rotation like I asked and didn't bother me with any other unnecessary work which was very refreshing. I'll definitely be bringing my Tiguan back here from now on.
