    I arrived for my 10000 mile service. When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me asked me multiple times if I was sure that I was at 10,000 miles and that I was due for my service. Overall, he was friendly and greeted me with a smile, so I didn’t think much of it. I let them know the tire pressure monitor kept coming on and asked if they could check that for me. He said no problem. He also recommended the tire rotation and said that it was almost $30. I found that kind of surprising being that they were recommending it, but I could do that myself. Everything else seemed to go OK until the end. It was towards the end of the day and the gentleman came over and while I was on the phone, asked if he could cash Me out, even though my keys weren’t ready yet, as it went for the complementary wash. He didn’t explain why or say say anything else. I said no, I’ll wait for my keys and to come get me when they get here. He said OK no problem. About 20 minutes later, I went to check to see if my keys had come in and the nice young lady at the counter said, you must be Michael. The keys had arrived just after the gentleman left for the day. I was quite disappointed. I asked why no one had come to get me when I arrived? She was left alone at the desk to tend to the remaining customers for the day. They did repair the tire, which, I found quite expensive for a patch $50, And I had them do the tire rotation which, even though they had already taken a tire off, to do the patch, they still proceeded charge me $30. If everything was done well, OK, I would’ve been disappointed in the price but OK with the service. I finish the transaction and left to proceed home when my new car with less than 10,000 miles on it had a significant shake in the steering wheel. Now, after being at the shop for an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change, I now had to return to the shop Because obviously during the service they did something incorrectly. When I returned the lady at the desk immediately called the technician to see if they were still close by and could help. They were not. She put me into a loaner vehicle for the evening and was very friendly and understanding. She deserves a raise. I received a notification in the next day That my vehicle was ready. I pulled into the bay and they said” oh that’s Service vehicle” your car is all set. please sign here.” It was a different gentleman than the person I dealt with the day before. There was no sorry. I brought my car in for a standard service, I added on the recommended extras, And got it back with a need to return to the garage. In my opinion, that is completely unsatisfactory and I would’ve rated a single star if it wasn’t for the young lady who did everything she could, Past 6 o’clock, When everyone left her to finish by herself, And she made sure that I was taken care of. This experience has left me not wanting to come back for my maintenance that was a selling point with the purchase Of my vehicle.

    The service here is absolutely terrible. I bring my car there for service and ni one has ever walked me to my car but left my keys on tge desk for me to grab several times. They used gas in my car while in their possession then wanted me to fund it? But i had not drove tge car for 2weeks, they have. Everytime i have asked them to fix my vehicle it seems to be a rushed job and i have to return it a few days later. VW your customer service and servicing vehicles need improvement ! My vehicle had an EPC issue and was NOT DRIVABLE. The service work asked me to drive it home and bring back 2days later after i told him it slowed down on the hallway! Lack of empathy for my safety was odd. I had to beg for a loaner.
