I had very little contact from the service department after the initial text. I had to contact them to check in. I wasn't given a lot of information about what was wrong with my (brand new) car. But when they did finally fix it, it was great.

Service was good, turned it around quickly. I was left waiting outside, however for 15 minutes as I arrived early. Had no idea they didn’t open until 7:30 that morning. When I walked in with the assistance of another staff member I was turned away by the service advisor Jeremy. Told me he wasn’t open yet and I could wait outside with my car. Also, I requested a loaner as we had only had the car for a few weeks, my sales rep said we would be taken care of with either that or a rental for the day. When I asked the service manager (and I know there were notes on the appointment, as I saw them) he said we don’t have loaners, I can try to get the shuttle for you. Luckily I was there first thing and the shuttle driver happened to be in the showroom. I did have to wait about an hour after the car was ready for the shuttle to get to me.
