While I found the process of buying a new car more streamlined, and the seller (Kendra Horeth) was easy to work with, I found the interactions with the sales manager (I think that is his title), a bit uneasy. I did not think it appropriate for him to assume I have no working knowledge of the selling process; he did not need to explain to me how to interpret a graph showing current sales in the area. While I understand dealerships need to make money, I did not need to buy a car. His approach was not received in a positive light and was condescending.
