⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kellen Mulvihill provided me with the best Sales experience I've ever had and that's over 40 years of purchasing/leasing vehicles. Kellen was thoughtful, highly informative; he anticipated my every need and we established a fantastic rapport from beginning of the sales experience to the end of it. I've already referred my Daughter-in-law to him for an upcoming deal she has with VW. Lastly, Kellen represents Burdick VW and Driver's Village in an exemplary manner; he's exceptional.

Getting an appointment is the only issue I have! With my jeep at Burdick I could get an oil change 75 % of the time by driving in, at Burdick VW I have to wait a week or so for an appointment. Not upset but was spoiled at Jeep dealer. Otherwise love the customer service and work performed! 👍

the repair went well it was the not calling me as promised when the part came in and I called to see what was going on after 10 days. the part was in 3 days after being ordered

My appointment was very efficient. I didn’t have to wait long for my Atlas to be serviced! You do have to be prepared and schedule your appointment weeks ahead of time though.

I was told at the time I decided to lease that I would not have to pay for an oil change for the length of the lease. Unfortunately the salesman I dealt with is no longer there.
