They are always prompt with a greeting and are ready to service my car. Jason updates me as needed and then brings me the papers for sign-off when service is complete. He also set up my appt to come in to change to snow tires just before Thanksgiving!! Excellent service. They are great folks!

I enjoyed polite, courteous,, friendly, on-time service. At the other VW dealership I've been to, I was often met with excuses about why they weren't going to be able to complete my vehicle on time and promised. Or why they were unable to charge a consistent price for the same, annual work being done. At Burdick VW, I've enjoyed consistent, as promised care of my vehicle.

Service was initially scheduled at some point in August, for a date in September. So about a month out. A few days prior to the service, advisor called to tell me part was not available and he put in order for the part that was needed. I never heard back until I called a few weeks later, call center answered so had to transfer me to parts department to confirm part was there, then to service department to schedule the service after that, which was another 3 weeks out for earliest service date (according to call center, not actual service writer). My first complaint is that I scheduled the initial service with about a month lead time, so there should not be any excuse for the dealership to not have what was needed since this was for official VW recall. My second complaint is the dealership never contacted me that the part was ready and I had to do this legwork myself.
