Ross Maxam, The sales manager, is top notch and second to none. He makes you feel like you're the only client in the room when talking to you and you know darn well that he has a million and one things going on at the same time but he won't let you feel like you're bothering him at all. He's a great guy. After a bad experience with a different salesperson, Ross set me up with Kendra Horeth. Kendra is an excellent salesperson. Not only is she very smart and eligible about Volkswagen, she has great heart. She cares about what you want to know she cares about the vehicle you're about to purchase. She's so in tune to her clients that she could actually tell that I had a thought and lost set thought... Only for her to ask me about it shortly after to make sure I had all of my questions answered. She's hands down my favorite salesperson at Volkswagen Burdick... And this will be my fourth vehicle that I've purchased there since 2018. Kendra deserves a promotion, if she hasn't had one already. Lastly, but not least, the service manager whose name I believe is Jason, is one of the all-time reasons I continuously go to Volkswagen Burdick. He's kind and make sure that your car isn't tip top shape before leaving. This means the world to me as I have two young daughters in car seats. This is a great place and if you haven't visited them already you really should. Thank you to Ross, Kendra, and Jason. Your kindness has made all the difference.
