Staff was honest and straight forward to deal with. Salesman was even nice enough to show us the new ID Buzz when he knew we were not going to buy one - just wanted to see it up close.

I am very disappointed with my recent service experience. My vehicle is experiencing visible smoke from the exhaust, which I understand has been a recurring issue among many 2024/2025 VW models. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, the dealership dismissed my concerns without providing evidence or offering a real solution. Other VW owners have had this same issue resolved under warranty with valve stem seal or cylinder head replacements, which are widely reported as the root cause. Despite this, I was not given clear answers or support, and I feel my concerns were brushed aside. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation of reliability and proper warranty support. Being refused serious consideration for a known problem is unacceptable. I urge VW to ensure consistency across dealerships, hold them accountable to warranty obligations, and provide a permanent fix for this issue so that customers don’t have to fight for the support they were promised.

Vehicle has aftermarket cold air intake which voids the turbocharger that is failing.
