    Ross Maxam is my all time favorite manager at Driver's Village. He has been a common denominator in all 5 of my vehicle purchases since 2018. This time, he had me work with Sales Specialist, Larry Connors. Larry was amazing. He even worked on his day off! He took my purchase seriously and treated me like family. I couldn't have asked for a better sales representative to work with.

    I rated five stars because Mark and the service team got me in quickly to address a potentially-serious problem with my VW. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and made a plan to have me return to have the repair completed under warranty. I couldn't have asked for more.

    Friendly and courteous. Provided ongoing communications and updates. The coffee could have been hotter less watered down… Seriously.. it would add to the total experience.
