Booked my appointment about a week out. Explained that my overhead console had broken from the clips and was hanging down. When I arrived I was told the parts to repair this would have to be ordered. I was furious that the parts were not pre ordered seeing VW is aware it has an issue with this trouble.

My Atlas required an oil change and 2 recall notices. I was able to set up an appt date and time that fit my needs. When I brought my car in the service rep was very friendly, easy to work with and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
