I brought the car in for the 1 year service and had the tires rotated front to rear. All was well with that service. When I arrived home noticed a leaf on the windshield. When I got out of the car I picked it off and noticed - the NYS Inspection is due in June. Its inconvenient for me to run to Cicero from the city and wait for the car. Attentive service would have noticed the upcoming NYS date and inquired if I wanted it done at the same time.
